Callsheet respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Callsheet collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Callsheet mobile application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

Callsheet may collect information you provide directly, including:

- Name

- Email address

- Account login information

- Project details

- Event details

- Crew, gear, task, and schedule information

- Invoice-related information you enter into the app

- Support messages you send to us

Callsheet may also collect basic technical information needed to operate the app, such as authentication status, device sync activity, and app usage required to maintain account access and cloud sync.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

- Create and manage your Callsheet account

- Provide project management features

- Sync project data across your authorized devices and team members

- Support collaboration between users on the same team sync code

- Provide customer support

- Improve app reliability and performance

- Process subscriptions through Apple’s in-app purchase system

- Maintain security and prevent unauthorized access

3. Cloud Sync and Team Access

Callsheet uses Supabase to provide account authentication and cloud sync.

When you enable sync, certain project data may be stored securely in the cloud. If you use a Team Sync Code, users with the same code may be able to access shared project information such as projects, tasks, crew details, gear details, and related operational data.

Financial information, invoices, rates, and profit/loss data are intended to remain private to the account owner and should not be shared with team members unless explicitly supported by future app features.

4. Payment Information

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Callsheet does not directly collect or store your credit card or Apple Pay information.

5. Third-Party Services

Callsheet may use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including:

- Apple App Store and StoreKit for subscriptions

- Supabase for authentication, database, and cloud sync

- Email service providers for account confirmation, password reset, and support emails

These services may process data as needed to provide their functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app’s services. You may request deletion of your account or associated data by contacting support.
