These Terms of Use govern your use of the Callsheet mobile application and related services. By using Callsheet, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Use of Callsheet

Callsheet is a project management application designed for event, production, and freelance workflow management. You may use the app to manage projects, schedules, tasks, crew, gear, invoices, and related production information.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app.

  1. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  1. Team Sync

Callsheet may allow users to share project information using a Team Sync Code. Anyone with access to the same Team Sync Code may be able to access shared project data.

You are responsible for sharing Team Sync Codes only with authorized team members.

  1. Subscriptions

Callsheet may offer paid subscriptions through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed by Apple. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are governed by Apple’s App Store terms and policies.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.

  1. Data and Backups

Callsheet may provide local storage and cloud sync features. While we work to provide reliable storage and sync, you are responsible for reviewing important project, financial, and event information for accuracy.

We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect data entry, device issues, internet interruptions, third-party outages, or user error.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Callsheet for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to access another user’s account without permission

  • Share team sync access with unauthorized users

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the app

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the app or its services

  1. Intellectual Property

Callsheet, including its design, branding, features, and software, is owned by its developer or licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app without permission.

  1. No Warranty

Callsheet is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every production or business need.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callsheet and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business, or production-related losses.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Callsheet if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
